Katherine H. Meehan

Katherine H. Meehan has been associated with the firm since 2006. Kate’s practice is focused primarily in the domestic relations area, but she also has an extensive background in civil litigation, including: personal injury, contract, employment, and discrimination matters. Kate is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania state and federal courts.

As one who enjoys legal research and writing, Kate has authored and co-authored many appellate briefs and has argued before the Pennsylvania Superior Court. For many years, Kate co-authored materials concerning Pennsylvania’s Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association’s annual auto seminar. Kate also clerked for the late Honorable Joseph F. Battle, Jr. from 1997 to 2001.

Kate is a 1994 graduate of Villanova School of Law and a 1988 graduate of Ithaca College, Ithaca, New York.
