Joseph B. Siedlarz, III
Joseph Siedlarz is an Associate Member of the Firm. His area of practice focuses on Estate Administration, Tax, Business and Municipal Law. Specifically, Joe handles: Estate Planning; Elder Law; Guardianship proceedings; preparation and filing of personal income, gift tax returns, estate and inheritance tax returns; Real Estate transactions; and Corporate Reorganizations and Dissolutions. Joe actively represents clients in District Court, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Superior Court of New Jersey, U.S. Tax Court, and before the IRS Joe is also a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable George A. Pagano, Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, U.S. Virgin Islands and United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Raised in Delaware County, Joe graduated cum laude from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1991. He attended Widener University School of Law wherein he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society Executive Board, was on the Dean’s Honors List and received the Graham Foundation Award for Outstanding Advancement in Appellate Advocacy and Intellectual Excellence. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude in 1994. Joe joined the Firm in 2002 after practicing as an Associate with Pagano, Wills & Friedman in Media, as Counsel to Wolpert & Lohr, LLC in West Chester and as Associate to the Law Offices of Raymond J. Falzone, Jr. in Media.
Joe is Chairman of the Board of the Colonial Society of Pennsylvania, Vice President and Chairman of Finance of the Welcome Society of Pennsylvania and an active member of the Executive Planned Giving Committee’s Board of the American Heart Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Joe and his wife, Eugenia, reside in Wayne, Pennsylvania with their five Dalmatians.
